Linkages between climate change and pollutant emissions, transport, transformation, and deposition. Both the impact of air quality on climate and the impact of climate on air quality will be examined using general circulation and meteorological models. Regional-scale effects of land utilization, incident radiation, climate perturbations and air quality parameters such as ozone, particulate matter, and greenhouse gases will be investigated.Recommended Background: Mathematics 231 and 241.
