Addresses the diverse ways in which Muslims have experienced, interpreted, and put into practice the message of the Qur’an transmitted by the Prophet Muhammad. Topics will include: the life of the Prophet Muhammad, Islamic, Sufism, ritual and practice, theology, art and literature.(Same as Asian Studies 332.)
