This course offers a format for candidates to implement, review, and refine teaching strategies that engage learners in critical thinking while addressing differing perspectives. Candidates will analyze teaching practices, the learning environment, and professional skills through formal and structured reflective activities. Candidates will consider how educational theory and current research in education relate to teacher effectiveness. Students will prepare a cover letter and a résumé or curriculum vitae for review by the instructor.Prerequisites: Admission to Student Teaching and passage of Praxis Content Knowledge examination. Co-requisite: Student Teaching.
