Key issues focus on private security, industrial security, and the law; focusing on a comparative examination of the relationship of the criminal justice system, business, and industrial security. Additional topics include legal powers of private security officers in arrest, search and seizure, use-of-force situations, and civil/criminal liability faced by the private security industry.
