Provides students with comprehensive information regarding the fundamental legal issues in sport and the ethical dilemmas that develop from them. a wide variety of legal topics will be discussed, such as risk management, gender equality, tort law, and contract law. These topics will be examined using ethical standards and the philosophy of sport developed by each student. Prerequisites: BAD 301 and SMGT 301.
