Introduction to the basic assessments, skills and procedures used in prescribing exercise programs required to work in the Personal Training and Athletic Performance fields. The first 7 weeks will be focused on Athletic Performance and the second 7 will be focused on the basics of Personal Training. Prerequisites: HHP 3170 and HHP 30 with a minimal grade of C and a minimum 2.5 overall GPA, or department head approval.
