Prerequisite: BIOL 2010, 2020. These courses must be taken before pathophysiology so that the student has a basic understanding of normalbody functioning in order to be able to relate the changes that occur as a result of disease. Description: This course is designed to assist the student in understanding the relationship of normal body functioning and the physiologic changes that occur as a result of disease processes, as well as how the body compensates for those changes brought about by disease.
