Description: This course is open to all APSU students and is designed to expose leadership students to the basic concepts in leadership theory and group dynamics; to assist students in developing and improving skills in communication. Group dynamics, goal setting, decision making/problem solving, conflict resolution, and leading effective meetings; to enhance the student's understanding of the characteristics of past and present successful leaders, and to apply this understanding to their own leadership development.
