Students who do not meet this requirement may challenge their placement by taking (at their own expense) the APSU Mathematics Placement Examination;Description: Designed for students whose major interest is outside the physical sciences but who require a working knowledge of calculus. Limits, the derivative, differentiation techniques, applications of differentiation, the definite integral, exponential and logarithmic functions, and applications of integration.
