This introductory course in Spanish is designed for healthcare workers. It provides basic communication and cross-cultural skills in the Spanish language for the student to be more confident working in an organization with diverse populations. This course includes medical-specific vocabulary and key cultural differences. The emphasis will be on conversational skills that are appropriate in healthcare settings. This course does not satisfy the foreign language requirement for any degree.
