Topics will cover the communication processes in organizations, which include: communication flow, culture, verbal/nonverbal messages, effective listening and problem solving. Practical/applied orientation areas of emphasis include: interviews, persuasive speaking, and effective group projects, which include the areas of group conflict resolution, leadership.Prerequisite: COMM 2025
