This course is the first part of a two-semester senior design course that provides a comprehensive, team-oriented design experience to integrate the engineering, technology, science, and humanities learnings toward the solution of an actual problem faced by a community, agency, or corporation . It covers the conceptualization, design, analysis, material selection, computer modeling, and economic analysis of a system. Lecture 2 hours, laboratory 3 hours. Prerequisite: ETME 3110 or department head approval. Laboratory/studio course fee will be assessed. Differential course fee will be assessed. .
