Utilizing an interactive narrative approach, this course will engage students with content surrounding physical and mental health and the benefits of developing wellness practices. Using a strength-based approach, students will work towards enhancing their study strategies, hybrid communication and explore executive functioning strategies. In addition, students will begin the exploration of career introductions. Summer semester. Program director approval.
