This course is designed to familiarize students with pathology, injuries and diseases of the human body commonly encountered in radiology. Research and team skills are enhanced through group projects. Empathy for the patient as well as the radiographer's role in the modification of routines when imaging patients with pathologic conditions are also included.

CAREER COURSE: Designated primarily for vocational/career programs. This course may be accepted as transfer credit by some colleges and universities, but that decision is made by the receiving institution.
