Description: This internship is a practical work experience in an approved organization enhancing student learning of academic concepts and theories in the student's major/concentration area. Students are required to identify potential internship opportunities which must be vetted through Career Services to ensure compliance with U. S. Department of Labor Guidelines with Internships and be approved by the instructor before registering for the course. Students must complete at least 180 hours for their internship.NOTE: Students may only take this course during their last semester or after all hours in their concentration have been completed.
