This course focuses on intrapersonalinterpersonal and intergroup relations issues in schools. Theory will be blended with practice in the study of instructional classroom management and conflict resolution practices. The course will examine the critical issues associated with discipline and management community building practices strategies for working with families transition practices and practices related to multicultural education. This course also emphasizes teacher self-awareness as a major aspect of the human relations approach.
