This course is designed for students whose writing skills need to be strengthened before they are ready to enroll in Composition I (E 101). Students are taught how to formulate a thesis and construct a well-organized, well-supported, and grammatically-proficient essay in response to topics similar to those found on the English Placement Exam. This course will be composed of online study aids and classroom work.
