A course which follows the software life cycle from the requirement, specification, and design phases through the construction of actual software. Topics include management of programming teams, design and programming methodologies, debugging aids, documentation, evaluation and measurement of software, verification and testing techniques, the problems of maintenance, and portability and application of CASE tools. Prerequisite: EECE 3061. Co-requisite: ENGR 3200. (Formerly EE 431).
