The concept of learning evaluation will be addressed using Kirkpatrick's model of our levels of evaluation for adults and organizations: classroom delivery, cognitive learning, application of learning for performance enhancement and impact on organization outcome. Formative and summative evaluation methods will be developed. Prerequisite BATD 301.
