An advanced course designed to prepare students to certification various positions using the Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) process. The goal of this class is to prepare students to pass the AWS, API, or ASME standard or certification tests. Strict adherence to the weld procedures and testing procedures will be followed.
