This course addresses project management from a management perspective rather than an engineering or mathematical perspective It deals with the basic nature of managing projects, selecting projects, initiating them, operating and controlling projects, and terminating projects. The students should understand the demands made on the project manager and the nature of the manager's interaction with the rest of the parent organization.
