Prerequisites: HSCI 2010 /HSCI 2011 or HSCI 2020 /HSCI 2021. Designed to provide a student with an understanding of the scientific principles of human performance. Students will learn how training and detraining affect various aspects of an individual?s physiological, biochemical, and biomechanical performance attributes. Students must be accepted into the teacher education program.
