Prerequisite(s): beginning swimming or display of swimming skills. This course will present advanced swimming skills primarily in the form of stroke work. The primary strokes taught will be the front crawl, breast stroke, side stroke, butterfly, and elementary back stroke. Pre-lifeguarding skills will also be developed.
