This course is designed to complete the basics of Mandarin Chinese grammar, to improve your conversational skills in Mandarin, and to further your study of reading and writing in Chinese characters. This course also uses the Pinyin (Chinese Pronunciation) system. By the end of the semester, we will have examined and practiced all of the basic grammar, and approximately 250 Chinese characters.
