Calculus-based introduction to electric and magnetic fields, electric currents, electromagnetic induction and waves. For all engineering students. Every semester. Lecture 3 hours, laboratory 2 hours. Prerequisites ENME 1030 and ENCE 1040, or PHYS 1030/1030L and PHYS 1040/1040L, or PHYS 2300/2300L; MATH 1910/1911 or MATH 1950 and MATH 1920 or MATH 1960, all with minimum grades of C, or department head approval. Corequisite: PHYS 2310L laboratory or department head approval.
