Project Management will act as a capstone course for all computer science majors and any other majors who might benefit from this course. Students will use case studies and hands on Project Management applications to learn all the essential topics of planning a major project; including planning a project, creating project schedules, communicating project information, using the critical path, assigning resources, tracking progress, and sharing information across applications and the Web. Near the end of the semester, students will manage a real project in their major; i.e. database students will create a real database application.
