Prerequisite: ART 1010, ART 2010, ART 2310, ART 2320 or 2330, and ART 2810 or permission of instructor. The techniques and aesthetics of metalsmithing; emphasis on manipulation of sheet metal for jewelry and holloware with studies in casting, non-ferrous forging, chasing, raising, and other techniques. May be repeated up to 12 credit hours.
