Prerequisite: Admission to candidacy or permission of instructor. Cyber PRĀ® is the process where social media (with engaged behavior), public relations (outreach and some processes), and online and direct -to-fan (D2F) marketing intersect. Explores the many new and entrepreneurial methods, theories, applications (i.e., Topspin and Next Big Sound) and best practices artists and brands employ to create awareness and make connections to consumers via electronic media. Readings, lectures, guest presentations, and professional group projects and experiences.
