Prerequisites: THEA 4560 or permission of instructor. Styles of acting. Study and practice of technique for performing in period, stylized, or non-realistic drama. Develop skills in verse and other heightened language texts with special emphasis on performing Shakespeare. Other styles may include, but are not limited to, the Greeks, Comedy of Manners, and Absurdism.
