It emphasizes lesson design and implementation with a focus on the importance of using appropriate questioning strategies. The course includes a required field experience in an area school. STEA membership and criminal background check are required for participation in the field experience component of the course. Prerequisite(s): MATH 1030 or equivalent course, or ACT math score of 21 and ACT reading score of 19
