Principles of management focusing on arts-driven services and organizations in the public, private and nonprofit sectors. Areas covered include: budgets, royalties, rights, fundraising, grants, marketing, public relations, community outreach, ticket sales and the job description of the Arts Manager. Fall semester. Lecture 3 hours. May be registered as MUS 3290. Credit not allowed in both MUS 3290 and THSP 3290.
