This course introduces the student to the use, capabilities, and limitations of microcomputer hardware and software. A study of Windows desktop, computer-assisted presentation software, word processing, the Internet, and imaging software and hardware is covered. The course emphasizes the preparation of computer-generated presentations. Prerequisite or corequisite: COMH 1010. Keyboarding skills are required for this course.
