This course uses critical thinking skills to study how the Constitution impacts society from an historical, legal and political perspective. A review of the entire Constitution, including the Amendments, is covered with emphasis on the first three Articles of the Constitution and the First, Second, Fourth, Fifth, Eighth, and fourteenth Amendments. Also pertinent Supreme Course decisions and other primary and secondary sources are covered in this course. Prior study of the Constitution is not a prerequisite.
