Focuses on the commander, the staff, the military team, and U.S. Army ethics. Emphasis on instilling warrior ethos. Two one-hour, twenty-five-minute periods of class work.

Cadets will be placed in leadership positions and expected to plan, prepare, and execute concurrent training for the class. Meets for one two- hour period, once per week.

Two one-hour, twenty-five-minute periods of class work per week.
