Environmental Science I is a one-semester, laboratory science study of environmental issues at local, national, and global levels. This course introduces scientific principles, concepts, and methodologies required to understand interrelationships within nature and to identify and analyze environmental problems that are both natural and human-made. Scientific approaches in ecological principles, geophysical processes, and human population dynamics are applied using hands-on laboratory and field experiences.Credit Hours: 4
