Continuation of EMT 1010. Principles and practices of advanced prehospital support. Emphasis is placed on infectious diseases and infection control, musculoskeletal injuries, shock and soft tissue injuries, head and spine injuries, automated external defibrillator, intravenous therapy, ambulance safety and helicopter safety.
