    • Math for General Studies is intended for students whose program of study requires one general 3-hour math course. The course is designed to provide insight into the nature and applications of mathematics.     • Prerequisite: MATH 1710 with a grade of C or higher or ACT-M score of 25 or higher. Trigonometric functions and their applicatons, analytic trigonometry, polar coordinates, and analytic geometry.
