    If you complete the following at Nashville State Community College:

    • This is an introductory class that includes the concepts and theory of digital animations as well as the aesthetics of digital design needed for a student to create 2D & 3D Designs and Animations. This class uses a ¿hands on¿ approach and will explore the many fields of designing and presenting ideas with 3D Software. Emphasis is placed on creating 3D Designs as well as presenting them with lighting, surface materials, and rendering them for various disciplines. This class will cover the broad spectrum of techniques used to create the electronic media used in product design & marketing, video games, graphics for web, film and broadcast video. Examples and techniques used in commercial applications as well as comparisons to traditional animation techniques are integrated into the studies giving the student the skills required to advance in this field.
